MSS Security's RAP has been developed to support our commitment to respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We endeavour to strengthen as a company where cultural differences are widely accepted and celebrated.

In August 2021, MSS Security launched the MSS Vaccination Incentive Program (VIP), incentivising our nearly 7000 frontline and support staff to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as they were eligible. The MSS Vaccination Incentive Program (VIP) was open to all staff, guided by their doctor’s medical advice, to get double vaccinated before 31 December 2021.
