MSS Security HRD 5-Star Employer of Choice 2022

MSS Security is proud to announce that it has been named as a 5-Star Employer of Choice awards recipient for 2022.

HRD’s Employer of choice award had many factors of consideration including work-life balance, career opportunities and flexibility in determining the winners of this prestigious award. The review board examined both qualitative and quantitative data, including engagement survey results, average employee tenure and turnover rate. HRD encouraged organisations of all sizes and industries to participate. 35 companies were recognised and awarded nationwide for their ability to overcome the challenges that employers were forced to face because of the pandemic.

The MSS Security’s Vaccination Incentive Program launched in 2021 and reflected our commitment to putting the health and wellbeing of our team, their families, and our clients at the forefront of all we do. We are proud to be one of the first Australian businesses to commit to such a program and reward our employees. With over 6500 employees, we strive to continue and develop recognition and exciting incentives for our employees including, but not limited to our commitment to celebrating women in security, launching the ‘Start Stay Succeed’ staff retention program, and our Reconciliation Action Plan.
