MSS & Habitat Security Sponsor Young Indigenous Australian’s Education – Bond University’s Gala Dinner

Bond University recently held their 2022 Indigenous Gala. Both MSS Security and Habitat Security have been long–standing sponsors for the University’s Indigenous Scholarship program contributing to educating young Indigenous Australians.

The event was a celebration of Indigenous culture, featuring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders and entertainers, as well as past and present Indigenous students. The night also included a live art auction, raffle, and silent auction. Serving as a major fundraiser and an opportunity to promote Indigenous culture to the wider community, the event attracted over 500 corporate attendees with contributors from the MSS and Habitat Team.

Directors of Habitat Security Jay McDermott and David Cheatham represented their organisation throughout the night honouring the indigenous peoples. Don Burnett (CFO), Adam Motum (Business Manager) and Michael Badger (Operations Manager) were all in attendance representing MSS Security and their involvement with Bond University. Ken Hodge, an employee at the University, simultaneously exemplified MSS Security and Bond University on the night.

Thank you to Bond University for the special evening, dedicated to honouring and promoting Indigenous culture. We hope our contribution offers the opportunity to educate young Indigenous Australians, creating greater prospects. Until next year!
