Last month, MSS Security’s Queensland Training Coordinator, Victoria conducted the first Customer Experience Workshop with the purpose of demonstrating the importance of understanding clients’ expectations.
The Workshop was delivered to MSS Security employees working under the Townsville City Council contract, with Teisha, Townsville City Council Team Manager of Customer Contact engaged as a guest speaker at the session.
With a range of valuable learnings raised, the key themes discussed included how teams should operate with a genuine and authentic approach as well as strategies on how to provide a local community experience to the customer.
The workshop not only delivered valuable knowledge to support our employees in better understanding their roles, but also provided them with the right tools to exceed client expectations.
Victoria will be conducting further sessions focused on customer experience across Queensland, with each workshop customised to meet the specific requirements of individual sites.
