Supporting Women in Aviation: Creating Pathways for Career Success

MSS Security was proud to be part of the Women in Aviation Career Forum, an event dedicated to empowering women from Western Sydney by connecting them with career opportunities in aviation.

Nicki Dean, was honoured to be invited as a panel speaker this year alongside key industry leaders, including airlines, ground handlers, government organisations, and Western Sydney Airport.

Run by Flightdeck Group, this program equips women with essential job skills, from interview techniques to resume writing, and provides a platform to network with potential employers. In fact, a candidate we met at the last forum is now working on our Qantas account at the ACAMS Centre!
