Spirit of SIS Award Victoria 2023 | Moustafa Cheikhu

Spirit of SIS award winner Moustafa Cheikhu, Control Room Supervisor was recently recognised with the Spirit of SIS Award for his overall commitment to duty and professionalism.

To use our client’s words, “He has demonstrated on a number of occasions his desire to help others and to basically go far beyond his job description in providing an excellent service to staff, students and his fellow colleagues. We are extremely lucky to have Moustafa working in the team.”

Since commencing with MSS Security, Moustafa has shown unwavering dedication to his role, ensuring the overall responsibility and delivery of all security procedures. One prime example of his commitment was the support he provided an international student whose family overseas were concerned for his welfare. Moustafa even followed up with the family on his rest days from work.

In accepting the award, Moustafa demonstrated his humility by praising his team, colleagues, and management, for their support and providing an opportunity to work with such a prestigious client, with Australia’s largest security provider.

It is clear that Moustafa practices the MSS Security values and demonstrates a level of care and consideration for others that befits him being nominated and awarded the Spirit of SIS Award.
