New venture for SIS Security

International security specialists the SIS Group and Prosegur, have formed a joint venture that will offer alarm monitoring and response solutions for home and small businesses in India for the first time.

This is the second joint venture for the two companies, following the formation of SIS Prosegur four years ago. That venture supplies cash logistic services to financial institutions and commercial operations in India.

The new, as yet unnamed organisation, will initially launch in Gurgaon, before expanding to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai.

The SIS Group is one of India’s largest security services companies and is the owner of its Australian operations, MSS Security. Prosegur is a multinational security company, headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
