MSS Security V8 Supercar Challenge

MSS are excited to be sponsoring and providing security and event personnel for the MSS Security V8 Supercars Challenge. Our involvement in this event demonstrates our commitment towards excellence in sporting and venue security for some of Australia’s largest events.

The MSS Security V8 Supercars Challenge, which spans four days from today until Sunday, includes a range of different races. The V8 supercars took to the track earlier today for a 30-minute practice session with free entry. Friday will see Races One and Two take place, before further racing on Saturday and the vital double points run and podium presentation on Sunday.

Volvo is also making its V8 Supercars debut this weekend with two drivers piloting the S60. Racers will be looking to take the crown from defending champion, Fabian Coulthard, of Lockwood Racing, who won three of four races at last year’s Challenge.

Other events on and off the track include the Celebrity Challenge Race, performances from Bernard Fanning and the Hoodoo Gurus, and the main event – 2014 Formula 1 – at 5pm on Sunday.
