MSS Security spends a day on the track at the Melbourne Cup

MSS Security was again a proud sponsor of the MSS Security Sprint at the 2014 Melbourne Cup held on Tuesday 4th November. Our provision of high level security and crowd control services were evident again at this year’s event.

Over 100,000 people including spectators, international guests, celebrity VIPs and visitors turned up to celebrate one of our largest racing events of the year.

This is the busiest week in our major events calendar and our security and events personnel have continued to demonstrate their commitment to excellence by servicing the Victoria Racing Club for over 30 years.

Our Victorian Events Team also spent Monday at the Cup Eve Parade where the 18-carat gold Melbourne Cup trophy and all 23 jockeys and trainers took part in a parade along Swanston Street, Melbourne.
