November 8th, 2022
On Monday 31 October 2022 the First Nations Business Trade Fair was held at Parliament House in Canberra. Habitat Security was proud to be one of over 80 exhibitors at the Trade Fair which saw 500+ registered visitors attend.
Held on the last day of Indigenous Business Month, the Trade Fair provides Indigenous businesses with the opportunity to showcase their products and services, reflecting the diversity of the Indigenous business sector.
During the Trade Fair, Habitat Security Directors David Cheatham, Jay McDermott and Irwin Appo, along with Megan Arnold, Joe Vecchi and Rebecca Edwards from the MSS Security ACT Office connected with Indigenous business across a range of industries including building, construction and office fit-out, education and training, office equipment accessories and supplies, corporate uniforms and PPE, recruitment and HR and security. We look forward to developing relationships with the Indigenous Business we connected with at the Trade Fair.
Attending the Trade Fair is one of many ways we demonstrate our commitment to Indigenous Business Month and this year’s theme – Actions Today. Impact Tomorrow.
