MSS & SMR New HR system, Workday will Go Live on 27 Nov! To access Workday, you must register with Cross Identity. This registration is your gateway to accessing Workday for all things related to your employment, including view payslips and personal information.

In the week commencing November 20, 2023, you will receive an email and/or a text message with instructions on how to register with Cross Identity. We kindly request that you keep a lookout for this email and/or text message and take immediate action to complete the registration process.

Why Act Promptly? The access code provided in the email and/or text message will have a validity period of 72 hours. It is essential to register promptly as by doing so, you will be well-prepared for the upcoming Workday system implementation. Without completing this registration process, you will not be able to access Workday.

ADP Temporary Shutdown

As we prepare for this transition, there is another essential change we would like to bring to your attention. Starting from Monday, November 20, 2023, and until Wednesday, November 29, 2023, access to the ADP Self Service system, which many of you use for updating banking and emergency contact information, will be temporarily unavailable.

During this period, you will not be able to make changes to your banking or emergency contact information using the ADP Self Service. We understand the importance of keeping this information up to date, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you encounter any emergencies or critical situations that require immediate changes to your banking information during this temporary unavailability, please submit an Employee Details Form with your changes available here to [email protected].

Following the temporary ADP Self Service unavailability, you will be able to update your banking information directly in the Workday system starting from November 30, 2023.
