Honoring One of Our Longest Standing Employee, Henry Woods

Today MSS Security commemorated one of our longest serving employees, Henry Woods.

Commencing on 20 June 1983, the last 40 years has seen Henry perform many different functions including static security officer, roving, access control, screening, and concierge.

Henry currently works at a high security Government site which requires high level security clearance and requires Henry to manage and control various systems to manage access and site security.

Henry has epitomised the MSS Security values throughout his 40 years of service, working at well over 20 different sites and locations and no doubt facing many challenges throughout his time. His ready smile and friendly nature are hallmarks of how Henry treats everyone he interacts with.

Henry has never shied away from developing his skillset with a new guarding system implemented over 3 years ago, he was quick to catch on to the system and eager to learn the new procedures.

Henry’s modesty sets him apart from most, and when asked about his biggest highlight throughout his career, he quickly said it is the people who he has worked with over the time, building strong relationships with the abundance of places he has worked at.

On behalf of MSS Security, we would like to thank Henry Woods for his loyalty and commitment over the last 40 years. Your work never goes without notice and today is just another day to pass on our gratitude and reflect on the importance of Henry’s contribution to MSS Security.
