Covidsafe – Self Assessment Checklist

MSS has a COVIDSAFE Plan in place to ensure you are protected from COVID-19 whilst at work. As an MSS employee, you play an important role in MSS decreasing the likelihood and spreading of infection by following all COVID-19 directions and importantly by not coming to work if you are sick or symptomatic.

To keep the MSS team safe, we ask you to complete a daily self-assessment prior to coming to work. If you answer YES to ANY of the questions, you must make contact with your Manager and do not attend the workplace.
