Reconciliation Action Plan

MSS Security is deeply committed to advancing reconciliation and strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians. Through our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we are actively embedding deeper cultural Relationships, Respect, Opportunities, Governance, and inclusion across all areas of our business.

Our Innovate RAP represents a meaningful step forward in our reconciliation journey, guiding how we engage with communities, create sustainable employment opportunities, and foster partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses. We are proud to take the next step in reconciliation, ensuring our actions contribute to a more equitable and inclusive future for all Australians.

GO Foundation

MSS Security and our Indigenous Joint Venture business, Habitat Security, have joined hands with the GO Foundation. MSS Security and Habitat Security together, have committed to donate $300,000 and in-kind support to the GO Foundation over six years.

The GO Foundation, founded by Sydney Swans legends, Adam Goodes and Michael O’Loughlin, is dedicated to creating opportunities for young First Nations people through education scholarships, from Primary school through to University.

With a heavy focus on public schools and underpinned by a strong connection with culture and learning, the GO Foundation has created and delivered fantastic outcomes for many young people, with over 1,600 education scholarships awarded since 2009.
