Another Outstanding Performance

Congratulations to MSS Security’s Training Academy for being a finalist in the ‘Outstanding Security Training Initiative’ category of the Australian 2016 Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA).

The OSPAs, which are now in their second year, were presented during the 2016 #Security Awards at Sydney’s Westin Hotel on October 20.

Independent and inclusive, the OSPAs are designed to recognise companies and individuals across the security sector. Created by World Excellence Awards, they are run in collaboration with security associations and groups across many countries; in Australia that is the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL).

The Training Initiative category of the OSPAs celebrates individuals and/or organisations who have run well-articulated training programs that address specific skill gaps and produce identifiable results. Only two contenders are chosen by the judging panel for each award.

This is just the latest honour to be received by MSS Security’s People and Culture Team, of which the Training Academy is a part. Its other accolades include ASIAL Awards for Excellence in 2014 and 2015, and being a finalist in the ABA 100 Human Resource Management 2015 category of the Australian Business Awards.

Well done to the team for this well-deserved honour.
