MSS Security has again earned a place among Australia’s best human resources teams, according to Human Resources Director Magazine (HRD).

 

Congratulations to MSS Security’s People & Culture (P&C) team for being named an Innovative HR Team by HRD magazine for the third time. 

This award included several factors of consideration including delivering people initiatives and positive feedback from employees and shareholders in determining the winners of this notable award.  

The innovative MSS Security People and Culture Team has delivered significant initiatives and results including implementing the very first retention program, Start, Stay & Succeed, allowing employees the opportunity and power to develop their skills and succeed in their role with the required support whilst also improving retention rates. 

Since the implementation of the Start, Stay & Succeed program, MSS Security has received positive feedback from employees and stakeholders including:  

• ‘Great program makes you feel like you are a valued member of the MSS team.’ 
• ‘I think it’s a great way to have our progress on the job monitored and to see where we are at and anything we may need to revise to keep moving forward.’ 

• ‘Great workplace and not enough workplaces are like us.’ 

The team also expanded the MSS Security Retention program AIM: Achieve | Inspire | Motivate which saw MSS Security reach out to their employees and get them involved in the rebranding of the program including the name and logo design.  

This financial year we have seen an increase in nominations by 25% compared to last financial year and a 103% increase from 2019/2020. 32% of nominations received were from our clients who work directly with our employees. 

MSS Security is proud to be one of the first Australian businesses to commit to such a program and reward our employees.
