A BLOCK buster weekend for MSS Security

MSS Security was at The Block Glasshouse inspections on the weekend, controlling the thousands of fans and prospective buyers who turned up to view the apartments and catch a glimpse of the contestants from the show.

The Block Glasshouse opened for inspection at 10am and fans queued for hours to make their way through the five apartments which have been renovated and broadcast to millions of viewers each week. The show this year has reached up to two million plus viewers and over 15,000 fans queued up over Saturday and Sunday, blocking off High Street between Chapel Street and Punt Road.

This year our Event Officers delivered a successful opening where they managed to direct most of the fans through the apartments and control the overwhelming crowds.

MSS Security has been providing security services to The Block since 2011 and we look forward to continuing our relationship for many more series to come.
