NEW Security Officer Refresher LMS Course is available for enrolment…

Launched at the end of 2014, the Security Officer Refresher training was developed for our on-line Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all MSS security officers have currency in their skills and knowledge, by providing a refresher of core information undertaken at entry level Security training.

This course provides our team with learning content to ensure both the skills and knowledge of our security officers remain up to date. The course covers report writing, patrols, legislation, customer service, operating security equipment, conflict resolution, use of force and positional asphyxia.

Employees are encouraged to self-enrol and update their skills and knowledge for the year ahead!
