Continuing our services to State Trustees.

Having been a proud partner since 2007, MSS Security has successfully secured another win in the holding of the State Trustees Limited (STL) contract sites in Exhibition Street, Little Bourke Street, Dandenong and Bendigo.

The State Trustees provide an essential service to members of the Victorian community and have been helping individuals manage and administer their finances for over 70 years. The types of services provided by STL include the provision and assistance with Will Kits, administration of Deceased Estates and other personal financial services.

MSS Security provides nine customer focused security officers across the four (4) sites in the greater Melbourne and regional areas of Victoria. Over the years we have built strong relationships with STL management and implemented new procedures in line with STL’s changing requirements – a key factor when dealing with current and new clients. STL have been particularly pleased with our demonstrated understanding and appreciation of their unique requirements, and at times, difficult circumstances in dealing with clients.
