This R U Ok? Day, MSS security teams across the country came together to connect, reflect and reinforce the importance of looking out for one another.

Through team gatherings, wellbeing discussions, shared experiences and a few sweet treats, employees took the opportunity to learn more about supporting colleagues, recognising when someone may need help, and having meaningful conversations that can make a real difference.

While R U Ok? Day shines a spotlight on mental wellbeing, the message is one that extends far beyond a single day.
