MSS Security is proud to announce the recent acquisition of State Medical Assistance (SMA), a leading provider of Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT), Event & Emergency Care, and Aged Care services. The acquisition was officially finalised on 2nd December, reinforcing our commitment to enhancing healthcare capabilities.

With operations across NSW, VIC and WA, SMA delivers more than 20,000 patient transports per year and employs over 150 qualified Paramedics and Patient Transport Officers. Their expertise and commitment to quality care perfectly align with our vision to expand beyond security and strengthen our medical, health, and emergency response capabilities across Australia and New Zealand.

This acquisition marks a significant step toward our Vision 2030 objectives, positioning SIS ANZ as a trusted leader not only in security but also in the broader care and response sectors.
