IWD State Wrap Up 2024

This past week, on the 8 March 2024 International Women’s Day was recognised globally with people taking part in inspiring inclusivity.

In honour of IWD2024 our teams across different states celebrated in various ways:

• In NSW & QLD, we kicked off the day with a morning tea, bringing everyone together to share stories and celebrate each other’s successes. Others hosted presentations inviting guest speakers to share their insights and experiences.
• In SA, the team took a step further by giving back to the community, donating $500 to Dawn House, an organisation dedicated to supporting women in need. Some of our female national managers had the opportunity to speak at external events including ASIAL and the University of Western Australia.
• In WA our People & Culture Manager had the honour of attending an IWD breakfast seminar at the University of Westerns Australia which saw an abundance of guest speakers reflect on women in the workforce and creating a more unified community.
