Wrapping Up Melbourne Cup 2023

Another successful Melbourne Cup Carnival has ended for MSS Security’s Victorian team at Flemington Racecourse, the highlight of which was the 162^nd running of the Melbourne Cup.

More than 1,000 event and security staff serviced the Victoria Racing Club’s carnival at Flemington Racecourse,

The team was responsible for the security of more than 200,000 patrons across the four race days, including the Penfolds Victoria Derby, The Lexus Melbourne Cup, the Kennedy Oaks, and the TAB Champion Stakes.

As well as securing the event, our sponsorship of the MSS Security Subzero Handicap 1400m race saw the “The Maggstar” take home the win, and “Without a Fight” taking the win in the Melbourne Cup.
