NSW’s Years of Service Awards 2023

Yesterday the MSS Security New South Wales business held their Annual Service Awards to honour our long-serving and dedicated employees who have reached 25+, 20, 15, 10 and 5 years of service.

The event was held at The Locker Room, Sydney Olympic Park where staff enjoyed an evening celebrating their momentous occasions and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues.

Michael Matthews, General Manager – Defence presented awards to our Defence business unit employees, who reached milestones of 37 years. The evening followed on where Matthew Farlow, Executive General Manager of NSW presented awards to both the NSW Management Team and National Operations Centre for their commitment and years of service.

The last Award of the evening went to Henry Woods. Henry first began his journey with MSS Security in 1982 and 38 years later is still going strong, now working at the Department of Home Affairs in Paramatta. Henry is always smiling and always willing to go the extra mile, no matter what the task is.

MSS Security would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge all our long serving employees for their commitment, professionalism and loyalty and we look forward to recognising the service of many more employees at next years’ awards.
