International Security Officers’ Day 2022

Dear Colleague,

As we have done in recent years, on the 24th of July 2022, we will celebrateInternational Security Officers’ Day.

The 24th of July date was specifically chosen to signify the 24/7 nature of security work and recognise the people who are always at the frontline, going about their role with great professionalism, and always putting the safety and security of others first.

To our team of more than 6,500 Security Officers working all over Australia, protecting MSS Security’s valued clients, their assets, and staff, MSS Security would like to take this opportunity to recognise, acknowledge and thank you all. We also extend our acknowledgement and gratitude to all Security Officers around Australia and the world.

With a growing number of countries recognising and celebrating International Security Officers’ Day, it is hoped that we can build enough support worldwide to petition the United Nations to formally declare the 24th of July every year as International Security Officers’ Day.
