MSS Security achieves Employer of Choice status again!

On Friday the 6^th of September, our People and Culture team was delighted to have been awarded the title of Employer of Choice by the Australian HR Awards. The Award follows the previous 2019 Employer of Choice title received by the Australian Business Awards (ABA) earlier in the year.

At MSS Security, we are proud of the positive culture and environment we instil across the business, maximising the full potential of our workforce through highly effective and meaningful programs. It is clear that our success is underpinned by our people who take great pride in their work.

Our winning submission for the Award covered a large range of topics which included work-life balance initiatives, values, talent management, professional development and career, employee benefits and gender diversity.

The People and Culture team will continue their work towards supporting all employees in maximising their full potential, and will be releasing a biennial employee survey in November. The survey will include a confidential platform to obtain feedback from employees and identify key areas of focus, all helping to create beneficial programs for the future.
