A major victory for our Events Team…

We are excited to announce that we have recently been awarded a 12 month extension of the Melbourne & Olympic Parks Trust (MOPT) contract where we will continue to provide our core on-site team for day-to-day management and a team of casual staff to perform perimeter, access control and event duties.

The MOPT Precinct covers 40 hectares on the outskirts of Melbourne’s CBD, housing some of Melbourne’s iconic stadium venues including Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena and AAMI Park.

Over the past three years, MSS Security’s Major Events team has provided services to the iconic sporting and entertainment precinct which hosts the Australian Open tennis Grand Slam tournament and showcases national and international rugby, football, netball and basketball, as well as high-profile music concerts and family shows.

Well done to Major Events’ Business Managers, Anthony and Sam, and the entire Major Events team for this significant contract retention which ultimately upholds our position as the premier provider of security to international sporting events.
