Conferences and collaboration in QLD…

In April, MSS Security’s QLD training facility located in the Brisbane office held their first Supervisor Conference with an aim to provide MSS Security Supervisors with the time to collaborate and knowledge-share whilst hearing all about the latest company updates.

The attendees came from a diverse range of operational backgrounds and sectors including Defence, Federal Government, health, tertiary and industrial.

The conference entailed an extensive briefing on MSS Security’s ISOPro technology delivered by Queensland’s Operations Manager, Michael, who also discussed performance management and client communication. Other topics covered in the conference were in relation to managing conflict in the workplace, delivered by Sara, HR/IR Manager Queensland and important company and legislatives updates on HSE, on-site training and human resources.

Given the success of both sessions, Nick Samios, Executive General Manager QLD, plans to continue the conferences across Queensland in the future.
