Recognising Dedication and Performance Among NT Employees

On Tuesday 27^th November, clients and staff gathered at Pee Wee’s at The Point in Darwin for the 2018 MSS Security NT Service Awards to recognise the performance and dedication of our local NT employees. Guests were Welcomed to Country by Donna Jackson from the local Larrakia people, together with Eddie Kitching playing his didgeridoo. His incredible performance echoed the dreamtime which was undoubtedly enjoyed by all.

A range of awards were presented throughout the evening including the 2018 Team of the Year Award, presented to the Darwin Supreme Court security team. Service Recognition Awards were presented to numerous employees for their loyalty and dedication for 5+ years, whilst employees were also recognised for being true ambassadors of MSS Security’s company values; Integrity, Teamwork, Attitude, Performance and Passion.

Recipients were given the chance to say a few words after receiving their awards. Numerous employees spoke about their job satisfaction and appreciation of being part of such a great organisation. Other employees also commented on how enjoyable it was to meet other security officers employed by MSS Security, as well our clients and the head office staff.

MSS Security was delighted to receive such positive feedback and would like to thank all those who contributed to making the evening such a success.
